Waiver

I agree to pay a deposit of two (2) weeks via Direct Debit (does not apply to free trials). This deposit will be issued as credit upon final withdrawal and is non-refundable.

I agree to pay four (4) weeks' notice when I intend to withdraw and give 4 week's notice via email (does not apply to free trials)

I understand that Sunnah Life Academy is not a school and the home schooling requirements are my responsibility and additional work is required at home
